糖尿病风险评分与糖调节受损的相关性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨糖尿病高危人群的早期筛查、早期预报方法，评价糖尿病风险评分与糖调节受损（IGR）的相关性。[方法]采用整体抽样的方法从潍坊市城区35岁～70岁人群中抽取2000例作为研究对象，测定空腹血糖（FPG）、血脂；FPG≥5．6mmol／L者测定餐后2h血糖（2hPG）；并用修正的芬兰糖尿病风险评分表，对糖调节受损人群进行评分。[结果]从2000例研究对象中共筛选出糖尿病病人85例，检出率为4．25％；IGR病人353例，患病率为17．65％；新纳入IGR组和IGR-1组糖尿病风险评分分别是9．7分±2．8分，10．6分±3．2分；两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；糖尿病风险评分分值与病人FFG水平呈正相关（r=0．65，P〈0．001）。[结论]糖尿病风险评分表可作为大规模糖尿病高危人群筛查的评价方法且简便、经济、可靠。Objective： To probe into methods of both the early stage screening and forecast of diabetes high risk group, and to evaluate the correlation between diabetes risk scoring and impaired glucose regulation （IGR）. Methods： A total of 2 000 residents aged from 35 to 70 years old in Weifang city proper were selected by adopting cluster sampling. Fasting plasma sugar （FPG） and blood lipids of all cases were detected. If one＇ s FPG were ~5.6 mmol/L, then postprandial plasma glucose at 2 hours （2hPG） of cases were determined. And the impacted glucose regulation group was scored with Finland diabetes risks scoring scale. Results： A- mong all the 2 000 cases, 85 cases were diagnosed as diabetes. The incidence of diabetes was 4.25%. And 353 cases were with IGR, the prevalence rate was 17.65 %. The values of diabetes risk scoring in newly enrolled IGR group and IGR group cases were 9.7 ± 2.8 and 10.6 ± 3.2 respectively. There was statistical significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The value of diabetes risk scoring of patients were positively correlated with their FPG （r = 0.65, P〈 0. 001）. Conclusion： The diabetes risk scoring is a simple, convenient, economic and dependable evaluation method for large - scale screening of high risk diabetes group.
