癌症手术后化疗病人的希望水平及其影响因素

摘　　要：[目的]探讨癌症手术后化疗病人的希望水平及其影响因素。[方法]采用Herth希望量表,对首次手术治疗后正在进行化疗的294例住院癌症病人进行问卷调查。[结果]癌症化疗病人的希望总体水平为38.32分±4.44分;家庭月收入的高低影响希望水平(F=3.24,P<0.05)。不同癌症类型的病人希望水平之间差异无统计学意义(F=0.70,P>0.05)。[结论]大部分癌症化疗病人的希望水平处于高等水平,家庭月收入情况影响希望水平,但与所患癌症类型无关。Objective： To probe into the hope level and its influencing factors of postoperative cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods：A total of 294 cases of hospitalized cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy after first - time operation were investigated by filling out Herth hope scale. Results： The total hope level of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy was 38.32 ± 4.44. The monthly income of family influenced the hope level of patients （F = 3.24, P 〈 0.05）. There were no statistical significances in terms of the hope level of cancer patients of different types （F =0.70,P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： The hope level of most cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy was in high level. The monthly income of family influenced the hope level of cancer patients. However, the hope level cancer patients is not related to the types of cancer.
