摘　　要：电力企业的物流管理大都分散在不同的职能部门进行。控制物流成本的关键是实现各项物流活动的协调与配合。控制物流成本的方法:改善物流管理技术、全过程实现供应链管理及利用现代化信息管理系统。The electric enterprisesilogistics management are dispersed mostly in different functional departments. Critical factor of cost controlling is coordination of every aspect of logistics activities. Controlling logistics cost methods： improving physical distribution management technology, achieving supply chain management in entire process and using modem information management system.
