摘　　要：针对国外图书馆知识管理在基础理论、人力资源管理和知识共享与转化三个方面的研究进展情况,对其进行总结和评价,为我国在图书馆知识管理研究方面提供借鉴与启示。研究结果表明,虽然国外图书馆知识管理研究已经全面展开,但基础理论研究相对薄弱,特别是在人力资源管理和知识共享方面遇到一些难题,这些问题将成为今后研究的焦点。By introducing the situation of research progress of foreign library knowledge management （LKM） in the aspects of basic theory, human resource management, knowledge sharing and transformation, this paper summaries and evaluates on that, so as to provide references and inspirations for the LKM research in China. The research results show that although the theory studies of LKM abroad have been all-round started, the basic research of LKM is relatively weak, especially that there are still some difficulties in the areas of human resource management, knowledge sharing and transformation. The paper lastly points out that these problems will become the focus of further research.
