摘 要:本文在前人研究和调查的基础上,分析影响跨国公司在华设立研发中心类型的企业变量和区位变量,构建各种类型与动机、企业变量和区位变量之间的内在关系模式,探求在华设立研发中心类型决策形成的内在机制。本文研究的价值不仅在于明确和重点改善影响类型决策的区位变量,以吸收更多全球创新性研发中心,而且可据此阐释跨国公司在华设立研发中心类型的变化轨迹及其趋势。Based on the previous studies and our investigations, this paper firstly analyzes both the enterprises variables and location variables that impact the types of MNCs to set up R&D centers in China. And then found the inherent relationship model between all types and the motivation, enterprises variables or location variables to explore the types internal decision-making mechanism that MNCs set up R&D centers in China. It is different that the type' s domino effect on our country. The value of the paper is not only that we can define and focus on improving the location variables affecting the decision making of types in order to get more many global innovative R&D centers in China, and that explain the change track and trend of the types that MNCs set up R&D centers in China.
