摘　　要：目的：了解中药葛根的酒精提取物葛根素治疗血液高粘滞综合征，改善微循环的药理机制。方法：以血液高粘滞综合症病人做为研究对象，随机分为葛根素治疗组，及用其他抗凝药物治疗的对照组，并以健康人群为正常空白对照，利用WTP－AII型可谓式体外血栓形成，血小板粘附两用仪及SDI—III型血液自动计时粘度计检测等手段，观察葛根素和其他抗凝药物对血小板活化等方面的抑制作用，结果：表明葛根素在降低血小板粘附率，聚集率，改善血栓前状态，降低血液粘度等显著优于对照组，且不具备单一性，符合在体外／或体内有抑制血小板活化，抑制血小板血栓，又不引起出血的特点，且副作用小，使用安全，药源广阔，结论：葛根素可以做为一种抗栓，改善微循环的首选药物投入临床应用。Objective:to illustrate the pharmacological mechanisms of the puraria,thealcoholic extract of radix pueraria,in the treatment of hyperviscoseamia syndromeand the improvement of microcirculation. methods:patients with HS were randomly dividedinto two groups respectively treated with the pueraria and other anticoagulants, healthy peoplewere used for normal control. The ichbition effect of the puraria and other anticoagulants on theplatelet activitation was studied by WTP-AII controllable tnachine for thrombosis in vitro andplatelet abhesion, SDI-III viscosimeter for blood autotindng. Results: the pueraria loweredthe rate of platelet adhesion and coagulation,improved state before thrombosis,re-duced the blood viscosity. The effect of puerania is better than that of other antico-agulants in the control group,the pueraria has no speciality and is conformity withcharactor is this of the inhibitory a ctivity on platelet activitation and plateletthrombose without inducing hemorrhage. It also has small side effect and wide re-source,and it is safe in use. Conclusion:The puraria can be put into clinical use asmost selected medicine for antithrombose and the improvement of incrociraulation.
