摘　　要：本文报告旋毛虫病5例,均食生肉后发病,临床表现高热,全身肌肉疼痛,局部水肿,血嗜酸性粒细胞增多,全部经肌肉活检确诊,并用肠虫清治疗痊愈。This paper reports 5 cases of trichinosis. All developed the disease after they ate uncooked meat. Their symptoms were high fever, myalgia all over the body with local edema. Eosinophillia was found in lab examination, All the patients were definitely diagnosed with biopsy of muscle, and were cured with ZENTEL.
