针刺干预心血管疾病伴发抑郁临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察针刺干预心血管疾病伴发抑郁的临床疗效。方法将98例心血管疾病伴发抑郁患者随机分为2组。治疗组55例采用针刺加支持性心理治疗和一般药物治疗;对照组43例采用支持性心理治疗加一般药物治疗。2组均28日为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计疗效。结果2组治疗后自评抑郁量表分值(SDS)、自评焦虑量表分值(SAS)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);甘油三酯(TG)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过针刺干预心血管疾病伴发抑郁,可以改善负性情绪,降低血脂水平及T3升高。Objective To research the effect of cardiovascular disease with depression interfered by acupuncture. Methods 98 cases with cardiovascular disease with depression were randomly divided into two groups. Fifty five cases （treatment group） were treated with acupuncture plus sustain psychotherapy and general medicine. Other forty three patients （control group） underwent sustain psychotherapy and general medicine. Before and after giving treatment, the changes of blood lipid, T3, T4, SDS and SAS were measured. Results After treatment symptoms of depression and anxiety disorder were improved in both groups. TG decreased and T3 and T4 increased in both groups, Decrease of CHD, LDL- C and TG in treatment group were obvious. Conclusion Therapy of eombination of acupuncture plus sustain psychotherapy and general medicine can improve negativity emotion, decrease blood lipid and T3, abate severity of cardiovascular disease,
