益气散聚方对中心性肥胖男性相关脂肪细胞因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的观察益气散聚方在"聚证"学说指导下对中心性肥胖男性相关脂肪细胞因子水平的影响。方法以30例健康志愿者为参照,将45例中心性肥胖患者随机分为中药组和安慰剂组,分别予益气散聚方和安慰剂治疗10周,观察治疗前后胰岛素抵抗、相关脂肪细胞因子的水平。结果与对照组相比,中心性肥胖男性胰岛素抵抗指数、瘦素、肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素6水平升高,脂联素水平下降;治疗后,中药组胰岛素抵抗明显减轻,上述脂肪细胞因子水平改善,与安慰剂组相比有统计学差异。结论益气散聚方可降低中心性肥胖男性胰岛素抵抗程度,调节相关脂肪细胞因子,减轻导致动脉粥样硬化的危险性。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of ＂Yiqi Sanju Formula＂（YQSJF） on levels of some related adipocytokines in central obese men under the guidance of Theory Ju. Methods Compared with 30 healthy male volunteers, 45 central obese men were randomly divided into two groups and received the interventions with YQSJF and placebo respectively for 10 weeks. Insulin resistance, levels of adiponectin, leptin, tumor necrosis factor α（TNF-α） and interleukin 6（IL-6） were evaluated before and after treatment. Results The score of homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance （HOMA2-IR） and the levels of leptin, TNF-α and IL-6 in obese men were higher than those in healthy men while adiponectin was lower. After treatment, the score of HOMA2-IR were decreased significantly in subjects who received YQSJF （P 〈 0.01 vs placebo） and the levels of leptin, TNF-α and IL-6 were decreased significantly, too, while adiponectin increased significantly （P 〈 0.01 vs placebo）. Conclusion YQSJF can reduce insulin resistance and regulate levels of some related adipocytokines in central obese men, which indicates it can reduce the risk of atherosclerosis.
