摘　　要：从防灾公园的定义及功能入手,综述了国内外防灾公园的规划建设情况,并结合对北京市防灾公园规划建设现状的实际调查,重点探讨分析了城市防灾公园规划原则与布局,进而对城市防灾公园体系与避难空间规划进行了初步探讨,对我国城市防灾公园规划建设具有一定理论价值与实际指导意义。By proceeding with the definition and role of Disaster Prevention Park, the development and construdion of Disaster Prevention Parks both at home and abroad are discussed. The planning prindple and layout of urban Disaster Prevention Park are especially analyzed by combining with the actual survey of construction and planning situation of Disaster Prevention Parks in Beijing. Preliminary exploration of the planning of urban Disaster Prevention Park and emergency shelter is then made, which is of theoretical and pradical reference to the planning and construdion of urban Disaster Prevention Parks in China.
