摘　　要：通过参加谢英俊2005暑期工作营和对谢英俊的直接采访和接触,参考国家"小城镇绿色住宅产业技术研究与开发"课题组的调研成果,研究了轻钢结构低层住宅结合开放建筑、简化构法的理论体系在中国新乡村建设中的发展前景。Through the author took part in the work-shop in summer 2005, interviewing and touching with Hsieh Ying-chun directly, and referenced the production of investigation and research by the group of ＂Technology Research and Development to Green Residence Industry in Chinese Small Towns＂, research the foreground of development of the low-floor residence of steel construction, combining the theory of opening building and predigest construction in new town construction of China.
