摘　　要：设计以增设展厅为契机,着意扩大阅览面积,设广场,置中庭,在全国率先将档案建筑由过去的封闭式引向开放。在开放空间中,以档案的保密程度作为功能分区和交通组织的设计依据,确保档案保密体系的完整。并以历史档案、民族文化、地域特征为设计主题,创我国开放式档案馆这一特定历史文化建筑新氛围。By adding more exhibition hails, more reading area would be provided. The plaza and the atrium lead the archive building design into a more open form than before, which is a great trial for such a building design in China. Within the open space, the security classification is achieved by the functional layout and the circulation design to make sure the integrity of the security system.
