延续商脉，承接文脉，体现时代精神——北京西单北大街沿线环境综合整治设计

摘　　要：通过对整治街道范围现状的调查,分析研究了北京西单北大街沿线的特色与问题。在政府主导和业主主导分类的基础上,以延续商脉、承接文脉、体现时代精神为原则,提出了环境综合整治的设计策略和街道空间、景观绿化和建筑整治的设计理念。在保护传统街道特色的前提下,突出特色、培育商机,对重点建筑和节点进行深入设计,从而聚拢人气,带动商气,增进财气。After investigating the surrounding condition of Xidan North Street, this article analyzed its characteristic and worked over its problem. On the foundation of categorized by the government and the owner, and on the principle of carrying on commerce, continuing the context and showing the spirit of the time, it put forward the design policy for synthetically renovating the environment and design concept for space, landscape and buildings in the street. The design for this street should stand out its characteristic, bloom the commerce and give prominence to the important buildings and important joints, in the precondition of protecting the traditional street feature.
