摘 要:本文应用放免法测定Wistar大鼠离体心脏缺血/再灌注期间心脏灌流液中环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量变化,并探讨其与心肌缺血/再灌注心律失常的关系,结果表明,冠脉结扎5min时,cAMP无显著增加,同时未见心律失常,结扎10~15min时,cAMP含量显著增加,并出现各类室性心律失常,再灌注1min时cAMP较灌注前非常显著增加,而这1min内,所有心脏均出现再灌注心律失常,10min后心律失常显著减少,此时cAMP含量显著下降,且cAMP变化并非由心律失常所致,提示:cAMP与心肌缺血/再灌注心律失常有关,cAMP可诱发缺血/再灌注心律失常。The isolated Langendorff-perfused heart and myocardial ischemia/reper-fusion model was estblished in 12 rats.cAMP levels in coronary effluentswere measured with radioimmunoassay method.Ischemia-reperfusion arrhy-thmias were recorded.The results showed that there was no change of cAMP and no arrhythmia occured at 5minutes after ischemia. At 15 minutes after ischemia, cAMP levels showed significant increase and various ventricular arrhythmias were recorded. At 1 minute after reperfusion,cAMP levels were further elevated and arrhythmias occured in all hearts.After 10 minutes of reperfusion, cAMP levels decreased significantly and number of arrhythmia reduced. It was proved that the changes of cAMP were not caused by arrhy-thmia.Thus the result of the experiment suggested that cAMP might be acontributing factor in ischemia-reperfusion arrhythmia.
