摘 要:毛冬青甲素系毛冬青的主要活性成分,为研究其在体内的作用途径和归经理论的关系,探讨中约归经的实质,本文采用放射性核不踪技术,观察^3H-毛冬青甲素在动物体内各主要器官组织分布的动态变化。实验结果显示,心,肺,肝组织和血液的示踪剂含量最高,大脑,睾丸,眼球组织也有相当数量地示踪剂分布,说明这些组织是该药的敏感靶器官,并可透过血脑,血睾屏障。Ilexonin A is the main active constituent of ilex pubesens hook et arn. In order to investigate its actiqn pathway and the relation with the channel tropism theory of traditional chinese medicine, the dinamic changes in the animal body of Ilexonin A were studied with radionuclide tracer technique. The result showed that the highest concentrations of radioactive probe were in the heart, lung, liver, and blood qlong with substantial quantities in brain, testis, and eye. This suggested that these were, sensitive target organs of Ilexonin A. The drug could also pass through the blood-brain, blood-testicle barrier and was mainly excreted in urine through kidneys. It showed that the distribution condition of Ilexonin A corresponded well to the test of channel tropism theory.
