银屑病患者血清中SIL-6R的测定及临床意义

摘　　要：用生物活性测定法对35例寻常型银屑病患者和25例正常人外周血单核细胞产生白细胞介素6(SIL-6R)的能力及其血清水平进行了测定,并对其相关性进行了分析。结果:患者外周血中单核细胞(PBMC)产生SIL-6R的能力及其水平高于正常人,PBMC产生SIL-6R的能力与其血清水平呈正相关。提示:患者的细胞免疫功能存在失调,血清中SIL-6R升高可能与PBMC产生SIL-6R能力增强有关,SIL-6R可能以某种方式参与寻常型银屑病的病理过程。We detected the ability of peripheral blood mononuelear cells (PBMC) producing SIL-6R and the sera level of SIL-6R of 35 cases of patients with poriasis vulgaris and 25 cases of normal human beings by the method of bi- oactivity.The results showed that the ability of PMBC producing SIL and the sera level of SIL-6R in patients with pscoriasis were higher than the normal.The ability of PBMC producing SIL-6R had positive relative.It suges- ted that the patients cellular immunity function had imbalance.The level of SIL-6R in serum probably have relative to the ability of PBMC producing SIL-6R.SIL-6R probably have participate the pathologic process of psoriasis vulgaris in some way.
