摘　　要：Fractures of humeral shaft are a common disease, that often with nonunion accurred after beatment of internal fixation. From 1975 to 1985, 36 cases with the nonunion of fracture of the humerus were treated. The authors studied the cause of nonunion apd advanced a new technique of treatment:intemal fixaion of fractures with plate and bone transplantation.
