摘　　要：通过分析搪瓷反应釜的破损原因:机械损坏,热应力损坏、加工应力损坏、静电损坏、析氢腐蚀损坏、基体材料不合格和搪烧质量欠佳,找到制造使用搪瓷釜过程中预防损坏的方法,并介绍了现场快速修复搪瓷釜的方法。Through analyzing the rupture causes for enamel vessel from mechanical damage, thermal stress, fabrication induced stress, static electricity, hydrogen corrosion, base material and roasting quality, the method of preventing rupture of enamel vessel in fabrication and application was found. In addition, the method of quickly repairing enamel vessel onsite was presented.
