病人安全管理中加强安全文化建设的思考

摘　　要：安全文化建设在病人安全管理中具有至关重要的作用。本文介绍了安全文化的概念、功能和元素,对传统的消极的安全文化和积极的现代安全文化进行了多方面的比较,分析了其差别。描述了安全文化评估的相关内容,包括评估的功能、评估的方法及结果。在此基础上,提出了我国加强安全文化建设的构思和对策。Constructing safety culture has great significance in patient safety management. The concept, functions and elements of safety culture were introduced by the author. The author also compared several aspects of difference between traditional passive safety culture and modern positive safety culture. The issues on safety culture assessment including the functions, methods and results of the assessment, were also described here. Based on the above information, the strategies to strengthen safety culture in patient safety management in China were put forward.
