摘 要:采用2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚醚多元醇、纳米有机蒙脱土(OMMT)和硅烷偶联剂为原料制备出纳米蒙脱土插层硅烷化聚氨酯(SPU)密封胶。X射线衍射结果表明,蒙脱土以平均层间距不小于4.55nm的宽分布分散在SPU基体中。系统地研究了纳米蒙脱土插层硅烷化聚氨酯密封胶的力学性能。研究表明,添加纳米蒙脱土能同时提高SPU密封胶的强度和韧性,加入5%的蒙脱土,SPU密封胶的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率可分别提高48.7%和30.1%。有机蒙脱土的最佳添加量为5%~10%。A series of silylated polyurethane (SPU)/montmorillonite nano- composite sealants were synthesized with toluene diisocyanate (TDI), polyether polyols, nano organic montmorillonite (OMMT)and silane coupling agent as raw materials. The results of X-ray diffraction study showed that the montmorillonite distributed in SPU with average gallery distance over 4.55 nm. The mechanical properties of SPU/montmorillonite nano-composite sealants were .studied systematically, The results showed that SPU sealants can be simultaneously strengthened and toughened when montmorillonite were incorporated into them. Introducing 5% montmorillonite in the composites resulted in 48.7% increase in the tensile strength and 30.1% increase in the elongation at break, The optimal content of montmorillonite was between 5%-10%.
