摘 要:研究了纳米粒子种类和用量对苯丙乳液抗紫外老化性能的影响。透射电镜分析表明,乳液中纳米粒子达到了纳米级分散效果,被聚合物包覆情况良好。纳米SiO2和纳米TiO2对复合乳液的抗紫外性能有不同程度的改善,复合乳液中2种纳米粒子的协同效应表现突出,加入0.1%SiO2+0.1%TiO2的复合乳液,紫外光透过率在225nm以上的波长区间内比未加纳米粒子样品降低20%以上,在250~300nm的波长范围内降幅达到30%左右。复合乳液胶膜的耐紫外线老化性较未加纳米粒子的乳液胶膜有所提高,纳米粒子含量为0.1%TiO2+0.1%SiO2时胶膜的抗粉化和抗变色最佳。The influence of nano-particle variety and dosage on anti-ultraviolet aging property of nano-particles/styreneacrylic emulsion is studied. TEM indicates that nano-particles disperse in nanometer and are capsulated well by polymer. The addition of nano-SiO2 and nano-TiO2 brought improvement to the anti-ultraviolet aging property of nano-particles/styrene-acrylic emulsion tO different extent. The synergistic effect with two nano-particle types in composite emulsion is obvious. The ultraviolet transmittance of emulsion with 0.1% SiO2+0.1% TiO2 reduce 20% than that of no nano-particle system above 225 nm wavelength, and reduce about 30% between the wavelength of 250-300 nm. The ultraviolet transmittance of composite emulsion is improved than that of no nano-particle system. The emulsion has the optimal resistance to pulverization and to discoloration with nano-particle content of 0.1% SIO2+0.1% TiO2.
