摘　　要：介绍建筑节能的相关规定、规范、标准和外墙外保温的优点、主要类别等。主要介绍聚氨酯硬泡外墙外保温系统的构造、组成材料、要求、特点、技术性能和工程设计技术要点。聚氨酯硬泡是一种高性能的保温材料,聚氨酯硬泡外墙外保温系统作为一种综合性能良好的新型外墙保温体系,在我国建筑节能领域具有良好的发展前景。Provision, code and standard relating to building energy saving as well as advantages and main types of external thermal insulation of exterior wall are introduced, and mostly covers the structure, constitution materials, requirement, features, technical performance and engineering design technical essentials of polyurethane rigid foam external thermal insulation system of exterior wall.Polyurethane rigid foam is a high performance thermal insulation material and polyurethane rigid foam external thermal insulation system of exterior wall is a new exterior wall thermal insulation system with good comprehensive performance that has a good prospect in the field of building energy saving in China.
