老年男性血清睾酮对代谢综合征各组分的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨老年男性中血清睾酮对代谢综合征各相关组分的影响。方法研究对象为48例老年男性,测定身高、体重、体质指数、腰围、血糖、血胰岛素、血脂以及血清睾酮浓度,并用稳态公式(HOMA)计算胰岛素抵抗(HOMA-IR),分析血清睾酮与代谢综合征(MS)各组分的关系。结果在老年男性中,随着MS组分数目增多,睾酮水平逐渐下降(P<0.05)。相关分析显示睾酮浓度和体质指数、腰围、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、HOMA-IR呈负相关,与胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白及血压的相关性不明显。结论老年男性血清睾酮浓度与肥胖及胰岛素抵抗有密切关系,呈显著负相关。Objective To study the influence of the serum testosterone （T）on components of the metabolic syndrome（MS） in aging men. Methods Total 48 aged participants were included in this study. MS criteria was defined by modified NCEP-ATPIII.Serum testosterone, height, weight, body mass index（BMI）,waist,blood pressure, fasting lipid,fasting blood glucose,blood insulin and HOMA-IR were measured in all the participants. Results In aging men, increasing numbers of the MS components resulted in lower serum levels of T （P〈0.05）. Especially, baseline level of T for those with 3 or more MS components was much lower than that for those with 2 or less MS components. Correlation analyses indicated that the serum T was negatively associated with BMI, fasting plasma glucose,fasting insulin, HOMA-IR. Conclusion Serum T level is closely related negatively to the obesity and insulin resistant in aging men.
