摘　　要：为了使PDA(掌上电脑)在工程机械故障诊断中发挥越来越重要的作用,根据PDA的特点,探讨了适合于PDA的故障诊断方法,提出了在PDA上建立基于模糊关系方程的故障诊断系统的思想,简要阐述了模糊关系方程故障诊断的基本原理,介绍了诊断系统的功能和结构。引用某型工程机械动力系统故障诊断例子,在PC机上以SQLServer2005为数据库开发平台建立数据库,主要关系表包括征兆表、故障表和诊断结论表;介绍了该算例的模糊关系方程运算;软件开发平台采用Windows 2000 Server SP4+Visual Studio.Net 2005,开发语言:C#;PDA程序测试平台:Pocket PC 2003。程序分为两大部分,第一部分是直接调用诊断知识,根据用户输入的故障征兆来查询是否有对应的诊断结论;第二部分是建立新的诊断知识,可以手动添加新的故障征兆和原因并保存在数据文件中,给出了程序的流程图。验证了基于PDA的故障诊断系统的可行性和优越性。In order to fully explore the functions of PDA in failure diagnosis of construction machinery, failure diagnosis method suitable for PDA is discussed according to PDA features. Concept to establish a fuzzy-relation-equation-based failure diagnosis system on PDA is suggested. Basic principle of failure diagnosis based on fuzzy relationship equation is briefly described, functions and structures of the diagnosis system are presented. Taking the failure diagnosis for power system of a construction machine as an example, a database is established with SQL Server2005 as development platform on PC. The main relationship charts consist of symptom chart, failure chart and diagnosis conclusion chart. Calculation of fuzzy relation equation in the example is presented. Windows 2000 Server SP4 plus Visual Studio Net 2005 are adopted as software development platform, the software language is C# and the measuring platform of PDA program is Pocket PC 2003. The program is divided into two parts: in part one, diagnosis knowledge is directly applied and related diagnosis conclusions are searched according to failure symptoms that the user input; in part two, new diagnosis knowledge is set up, new failure symptoms and causes are manually added and stored in data files. Program flow chart is presented, feasibility and advantages of PDA-based failure diagnosis system are verified.
