转杯纺超长粗节纱疵的控制措施

摘　　要：为了控制转杯纺超长粗节纱疵,提高牛仔布布面质量,通过分析超长粗节纱疵的特征、前纺工序与转杯纺工序生产中造成的原因,以及进行生产实践,总结出控制超长粗节的措施。超长粗节纱疵是设备、操作、工艺、空调等综合管理失控所造成的,生产中通过预防棉卷过厚、棉条过粗及毛条的产生,加强半制品质量的控制,转杯纺加强纱疵情况、设备、操作及工艺的动态检测和调整,使C 36.4 tex转杯纱超长粗节得到有效控制。To control super long slub defects of rotor spinning and enhance jean quality, control measures to super long slub defects were summarized through analyzing speciality of super long slub defects, generating reasons of front spinning process and rotor spinning process and practice. Super long slub defect is formed by the fault management in e- quipment, operation, processing, air conditioning and so on. Super long slub defect of C 36.4 tex can be control effec- tively by preventing generation of thicker cotton lap, coarser cotton sliver, strengthening control of semi-finished goods, strengthening dynamic test and adjust of defect condition, equipment, operation and processing.
