摘　　要：介绍了以Freescale公司生产的MC9S12DG128为核心设计的新型便携式智能黏度计,详细介绍了系统各个模块的工作原理和使用方法。其中包括传感器的连接和使用方法,LCD和矩阵键盘的连接的使用方法,温控电路和温控PID以及MC9S12DG128内部各个控制器的设置方法。系统不仅实现了黏度的高精度测量,而且实现了整个测量过程的智能化和自动化。This paper introduced the design of portable intelligence Viscometer, using a kind of new controller-MC9S12DG128 by Freescale, and introduced the principle and implementation method of each module. It includes the connection and the usage of sensor, LCD and keyboard, the temperature control circuit and PID, and the usage of controller inside the MC9S12DG128. This system not only made the measure accurately but also made measure process intelligent and automatic.
