摘  要:对二倍体扬花萝卜及其同源四倍体萝卜的生长和品质特性及幼苗在低温胁迫下的生理生化特性进行比较研究。结果表明:(1)与二倍体萝卜相比,四倍体萝卜叶片极显著增厚、增宽、增重、叶色加深,叶片中的还原糖和VC含量极显著提高(P<0.01);肉质根的长、直径、重量和小区产量均极显著增加,其可溶性蛋白、还原糖和VC含量极显著提高,而硝酸盐含量则极显著降低(P<0.01)。(2)经过2℃、10 d低温胁迫后,四倍体幼苗的可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸和叶绿素含量大于二倍体,SOD、POD活性大幅度提高且高于二倍体,MDA含量低于二倍体。研究发现,四倍体较二倍体萝卜在叶片和肉质根形态上表现出巨大性,优质高产,且耐寒能力强于二倍体。Growth and quality were compared between diploid and tetraploid of Yanghua radish. The changes of some physiological and biochemical characteristics were studied under low temperature in seedlings leaves. The leaves of tetraploid were not only thicker,wider,weightier,darker but also superior and higher reductive sugar and vitamin C content than those of diploid. The root of tetraploid were superior and higher in length, diameter, weight, yield, soluble protein, reductive sugar and vitamin C content, but lower nitrate than those of diploid. The contents of soluble protein, Pro and chlorophyll in tetraploid were higher than those in diploid after 10 day at 2℃ ;the SOD and POD activities of tetraploid increased quickly, and were higher than that of diploid; On the contrary,the MDA content of tetraploid was lower than those of diploid. This indicated that the tetraploid had larger leaves and fleshy root, higher yield and quality and cold tolerance than diploid.
