拇指桡侧逆行筋膜皮瓣的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用拇指桡侧逆行筋膜皮瓣修复拇指软组织缺损的手术方法。方法2005年8月至2006年6月,我们对10例患者用指指桡侧逆行筋膜皮瓣,分别修复拇指批腹、末节桡侧缘及指端软组织缺损。结果10例皮瓣全部成活,术后随访6～12个月,皮瓣质地优良,手指的功能和外形均取得了令人满意的效果。结论拇指桡侧逆行筋膜皮瓣具有操作简单、质地良好、血供可靠等优点,是修复拇指软组织缺损的较好方法。Objective To probe the method of repairing soft tiss defect of the thumb by radial border reverse fasciocutaneous flap. Methods From August 2005 to June 2006,we repaired 10 patients with the soft tiss defects of the finger belly,distal phalanx radial border and fingertip of thumb by radial border reverse faseiocutaneous flap. Results The flap all survivde. They were follwede up for 6 to 12 months. The contour and sensory of flap recoverde satisfactory. Conclusion The radial border reverse fasciocutaneous flap is a reliable flap with easy dissection and good texture in repair of the soft tissue loss of the thumb.
