摘　　要：研究了壳聚糖分离富集Ｎｉ２＋的最佳条件，建立了壳聚糖分离富集、丁二酮肟分光光度法测定Ｎｉ２＋的新方法。此方法选择性好，灵敏度高，用于天然水中痕量Ｎｉ２＋的测定。The best condition of isolating enrichment Ni 2+ with chitosan was studied,a simple,sensitive and selective method for the enrichment with chitosan and spectrophometric determination of nichel has been established.The method has been applied to the determination of Ni 2+ in nature water with satisfactory results, the same as those by atomic absorption spectrometry.
