摘　　要：在机械加工过程中,影响表面质量的因素是非常复杂的。主要从3个方面对加工表面的残余应力进行分析和探讨:冷塑性变形的影响,热塑性变形的影响和金相组织变化的影响。工件磨削时产生的裂纹及其如何防止等问题。There are complex factors that influence the surface quality in machinery processing. Analyzes and discusses the processed surface remaining stress mainly from three aspects. The influence of cold plastic deformation, the influence of thermoplastic deformation, the influence of microstructure change. And it also includes the cracks in machinery and how to prevent them.
