摘　　要：介绍了采煤机液压制动器的工作原理、结构特点,并对乳化液介质液压制动器研制过程中的关键部件油缸、活塞的防锈和密封措施以及制动器设计的一些创新点进行了详细说明,乳化液介质液压制动器研制成功,为实现井下采煤设备无油化起到了促进和示范作用。The structure and composition of the emulsion disk brake are introduced. At the same the measures of antirust and seal about cylinder and piston of the brake in the developing process of emulsion disk brak and the new designing ideas are expounded in detail. A good example which hydraulic system in coal mine equipment uses emulsion is given after the emulsion disk brake has been developed.
