摘　　要：介绍了立磨液压系统的组成及作用,针对立磨生产环境的特殊性以及立磨液压系统的特殊性,采用有效的故障分析和诊断方法—简易诊断法和综合分析法,查找液压系统故障产生的原因和部位,并介绍了立磨液压系统常见的故障原因和排除方法。The composition and function of the hydraulic system of vertical mill are introduced, in view of the vertical mill production environment particularity as well as the hydraulic system particularity, adopted the effective fault analysis and diagnosis method- the simple diagnosis method and the comprehensive analytical method, searching for the reason and spot of the breakdown in the hydraulic system, and the reason and removal method of the common breakdown in the hydraulic system of vertical mill are introduced.
