摘　　要：采用铜作为中间层,对1420铝锂合金的固相扩散连接技术进行了试验研究,分析了不同工艺参数对扩散连接界面组织及接头强度的影响规律。Solid state diffusion bonding （SSDB） technology for aluminium-lithium alloy 1420 by using copper as the interlayer is experimentally investigated. The influence rules of different parameters on the interface microstructure and joint strength are analyzed.
