摘  要:分别采用持续流水式系统和半静态系统为暴露途径,比较研究难溶化学品3,4-二氯苯胺对大型蚤繁殖影响的差异。结果表明,在半静态系统中3,4-二氯苯胺对母蚤繁殖、生长和生存的最低可观察质量浓度(LOEC)和最高无作用质量浓度(NOEC)分别为0.01、0.005mg/L;在流水式系统中3,4-二氯苯胺对母蚤繁殖的LOEC和NOEC分别为0.02、0.01mg/L,对生长和生存的LOEC和NOEC分别为0.01、0.005mg/L。The reproduction studies of difficult substance 3,4-dichloroaniline on Daphnia magna were performed with semi-static and continuous-flow system. The results indicated that the 21-day both NOEC and LOEC of 3,4- dichloroaniline for parental reproduction, growth and survival in semi-static system were 0.005 and 0.01 mg/L, respectively, and in continuous-flow system, the 21 day both NOEC and LOEC of 3,4-dichloroaniline for parental reproduction were 0.01 mg/L and 0.02 mg/L, respectively, the NOEC and LOEC for parental growth and survival were 0.005 mg/L and 0.01 mg/L, respectively
