经桡动脉途径PCI术68例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入术在冠心病的临床应用价值和安全性。方法:68例患者疑似冠心病接受经桡动脉途径行冠状动脉介入术。结果:63例成功接受,成功率92.7%,过程顺利,无冠脉开口损伤,无严重并发症发生。结论:经桡动脉途径行冠脉介入术临床效果好,成功率高,且并发症少,是一种安全、有效的冠脉介入检查和治疗方法。objective.to evaluate the clinical value and safety of the internention by the radial artery path in the management of the coronary artery disease.Methods From september 2004 to december 2006,68 patients received the coronary intervention by radial artery path for their coronary artery disease.Resuits of 68 patients.63 received successfully the intervention and the success rate was 92.7%.No grave complication occurred,Conclusion The coronary intervention by the radial artery path is a very good,easy path and high compliance with high success rate,less grave complication.
