纤维支气管镜吸痰在急诊机械通气患者治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨纤维支气管镜吸痰在急诊机械通气患者中的治疗效果。方法:47例患者接受纤支镜吸痰,观察术前、术后临床症状、经皮血氧饱和度、氧分压及二氧化碳分压。结果:纤维支气管镜吸痰后,心率、呼吸、PaO2、PaCO2、SaO2,均有改善(P均<0.01),有统计学意义。结论:纤维支气管镜吸痰有效地改善通气状况,降低通气阻力,用于急诊机械通气患者气道管理,针对性强,疗效好。Objective： To investigate the effect on the sputum suction by bronchofibroscope for mechanical ventilator patients in emergency. Method： 47 patients received sputum suction. The clinical symptom, pulse saturation oxygen, partial pressure of oxygen, partial pressure of carbon dioxide were observed and compared before and after brochofibioseope. Result： The clinical symptom, pulse saturation oxygen, partial pressure of oxygen, partial pressure of carbon dioxide were significantly improved after brochofibioscope （ P 〈 0.01 }. Conclusion： Higher ventilation and lower airway resistance were observed after brochofibioscope. Airway regulation by brochofibioscope for mechanical ventilator patients in emergency was proved to be a pertinent and effective method.
