输尿管镜下取石术的常见并发症及其防治对策

摘　　要：目的:总结输尿管镜下取石术出现的常见并发症及其防治对策。方法:对25例应用输尿镜下取石术治疗输尿管结石出现并发症的病例进行分析。结果:236例输尿管镜下取石术,出现并发症25例。其中置镜失败3例,输尿管粘膜损伤5例,输尿管狭窄9例,残留结石6例,尿路感染2例,无输尿管穿孔、断裂、坏死等。结论:输尿管镜下取石术并发症的发生与手术者的技术操作密切相关,灵活运用技术处理术中情况,可有效减少手术并发症,提高手术成功率。Objective： Sum up the common complication and prevention and cure countermeasure of fetching calculi operation under ureter mirror. Method：Analysing 25 cases which appeared complication after appling the ureter mirror into the fetching calculi operation to cure the ureter calculi. Result ：236 cases of fetching calculi operation under ureter mirror,25 cases appearing the complication. 3 cases failed in setting the mirror, 5 cases of ureter mucous membrane damnification, 9 cases of ureter straitness, 6 cases of calculi shift and remnant,2 cases of urinary tract infection,but no ureter perforation ,rupture or put rescence phenomenon. Conclusion：The complication of fetching calculi operation under ureter mirror is connecting with the technical manipulation of the operator tightly, exerting the technical agility to reduce the operation complication and enhance the succeed rate .
