摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜肾上腺肿物切除的手术入路。方法:回顾性分析经腹腔途径6例与经后腹腔途径36例腹腔镜下肾上腺肿物切除。结果:后腹腔镜肾上腺肿物切除比经腹途径手术时间短,术中出血少,无腹腔脏器并发症,术后恢复快。结论:后腹腔镜肾上腺肿物切除比经腹途径更好。Objective： To compare the effectiveness and safety of two different routes of laparoscopic . Method： A review of data from 6 cases of transperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy and 36 cases of retroperitoneal laparoseopic adrenalectomy was undertaken. Result： The time for performing operation was shorter , the blood loss was less , no complication of abdominal organ and rapid recovery after operation roperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy than that through retthrough transperitoneal anterior laparoscopic adrenalectomy. Conclusion： The retroperitoneal route is better than in our experience . transperitoneal route for laparoscopic adrenalectomy in our experience .
