摘  要:目的:探讨慢性肺心病(PHD)患者血浆脑钠素(BNP)的水平及临床意义。方法:PHD患者40例,分为急性加重期和缓解期;对照组30例,采用放射免疫分析法分别测定各组的BNP、血管内皮素—1(ET-1)测定动脉血氧分压(PaO2),通过彩色超声心动图测定计算肺动收缩压(SPpa),各组进行比较。结果:(PHD)组两期BNP均高于对照组(P<0.05),且血浆BNP水平与ET-1、SPpa呈正相关,与PaO2呈负相关(均P<0.05)。结论:BNP参与了PHD的病理生理过程,可用于判断是否由PHD引起的呼吸困难。Objective: On chronic pulmonary heart disease (PHD) plasma brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) levels and clinical significance. Methods :40 PHD patients were divided into acute exacerbation and remission; The control group of 30 patients. RIA analysis were measured in each group of BNP, Vascular endothelin - 1 ( ET - 1 ) in arterial partial pressure of oxygen ( PaO2 ) , through color echocardiography calculation of the pulmonary artery systolic pressure (SPpa), the groups were compared. Results: (PHD) Group 2 BNP were higher ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the plasma level of BNP with the ET - 1, SPpa positively correlated, and PaO2 was negatively correlated ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: BNP and PHD in the pathophysiological process can be used to determine whether the PHD caused by the difficulty in breathing.
