摘  要:目的:探讨不同影像学检查方法对主动脉夹层的诊断价值。方法:将26例主动脉夹层患者的超声检查(TTE),X线平片,CT,MRI,血管造影检查结果汇总分析。结果:X线平片提示性阳性率69%(18/26);超声检查阳性率77%(20/26),检测出破裂口16例,检出率62%。CT阳性率92%(24/26)检测出破裂口8例,检出率31%。超声结合CT阳性率100%(26/26),检测出破裂口20例,检出率77%。心血管造影4例,4例阳性,4例检出破口;MR I检查6例,6例阳性,5例检出破口。结论:超声检查和CT扫描是诊断主动脉夹层最快捷实用的影像学检查手段,二者结合可提高主动脉夹层的阳性诊断率及破裂口检出率。Objective: To investigate the value of different image analysis in diagnosing aortic dissection. Method: The result of TTE, plain film radiography , CT , MRI and angiography of 26 patients with aortic dissection were analyzed. Result: The non - specificity masccline rate of plain film radiography is 69% (18/26). The masccline rate of sonography is 77% (20/26) , of which 16 were detected crevasses and detection rate is 62%. CT masccline rate is 92% (24/26) with 8 cases were detected crevasses and detection rate is 31%. Sonography combined with CT masccline rate is 100% (26/26) , of which 20 were detected crevasses and detection rate is 77%. cardiac angiography is 4 cases ,with 4 masccline and 4 cases were detected crevasses. MRI check is 6 cases with 6 masccline and 5 cases were detected crevasses. Conclusion: Sonography and CT scanning are the quickest and most practical means to diagnose aortic dissection. The two combined method can improve diagnosing aortic dissection and detection rate of crevasse.
