现代都市农庄规划研究探讨——以义乌市为例

摘　　要：现代农庄冲破了一二三产业的界限,它不仅生产农产品、林产品,还带动了第二产业的发展,更促进流通、观光、旅游等第三产业,使得现代农业的功能越来越丰富多采,越来越适应现代人们的生活需求。因此,现代农庄开发建设布局必须纳入城市总体规划中的郊区规划范畴。本文以义乌市现代农庄规划发展为实证,揭示现代农庄发展亟需规划,规划时应注意现代都市农庄分类研究、土地利用问题和农庄创意策划问题。The modem farm brokes through the finitude of the primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry. It not only produces farm products and forestry products, but also drives the development of secondary industry, even promotes the tertiary industry including the circulation, sightseeing, and tourism. Also it enriches the functions of modem agriculture. Therefore, the development and construction of modem farm must be brought into city suburb planning. This paper, taking the modem farm planning of Yiwu city as an example, reveals that the modem farm needs to be well planned. And more attention should be paid to the classification of farms, the land use and the themes of farms.
