摘　　要：为适应直辖后经济社会快速发展的需要,重庆市于2004年启动了新的城市总体规划修编工作。本文论述了重庆市新一轮城市总体规划在组织形式和方法、规划理念、重点内容以及总规实施保障机制上的创新之处等方面的主要变化,并对当前城市总体规划修编和实施提出了一些具有探索性的观点。In order to adapt to the economic and social develpoment, the Chongqing Municipality started the revising of master plan in 2004. This paper presents the major innovations of the new round master planning in the aspects of organization, methods, planning ideology, major contents and implementation mechanism. Also, it brings forward proposals on the revising and implementation of the master plan.
