摘　　要：以重庆历史文化名城规划工作为基础,分析了加强历史文化名城规划工作,发展重庆城市风貌特色的机遇和挑战,提出了面向发展城市风貌特色的历史文化名城规划工作若干创新思路和工作安排。This paper, based on the Chongqing historic and cultural city planning, analyzes the opportunities and challenges in historic and cultural city planning and developing city character. Then it provides innovative suggestions on the historic and cultural city planning focusing on exhibiting city character.
