摘　　要：解析了机械通气新模式PAY的原理,研究了PAV模式的临床应用,评价了PAV通气模式的优缺点,运用对比的方法讨论了PAV模式的新所在。This article analyses the principle of the PAV, researches into its clinical applications, estimates its merits and demerits and discusses the new ventilation mode in contrast with the old ones.
