摘　　要：阐述了当前医疗执业环境恶化的现状极其严重危害;分析了导致医疗执业环境不佳,医患关系不够和谐的主要原因;提出加强管理,各尽其责,共建和谐医患关系的策略和方法。Status and harms of doctor practicing environment were presented. The serious practicing environment of doctors mostly caused the unharmonious hospital patient＇ s relationship. Suggestions of building harmonious hospital patient relationship were considered.
