摘  要:对大功率脉冲激光器的强过冲导致烧毁产生根源进行了研究,提出一种基于信号完整性(SI)考虑的低成本解决方案。该办法利用SI分析,改善信号传输路径,降低驱动中电磁干扰,从而达到优化系统、消除过冲的目的。为带强过冲的大功率脉冲激光器驱动系统进行同步优化,试验结果表明,该方法是有效的。High power pulse-laser may be damaged by strong baleful overshoot in the pulse-laser dirver. To resolve the problem, we introduced a typical evaluation system with strong overshoot in this paper. After inspecting the source of the terrible overshoot particolarly,a solution based on signal integrity(SI) with low cost was designed. Using SI knowledge to analyze this system carefully,to optimize all of the important transmission lines and reduce the EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) of the laser driver,the performance of the high power pulse laser system had been improved greatly,and the strong baleful overshoot could fall to be accepted. And the results of experiments indicated this method was feasible.
