摘 要:以科丰1号大豆品种为测试模式,利用自制的便携式延迟荧光(DF)检测系统,研究了紫外(UV-B)辐射对其DF特征的影响。结果发现,绿色植物叶片光诱导DF强度的变化可以准确地反应叶绿素含量以及光合作用能力的变化。因此,DF强度可以用来表征UV-B辐射对植物的伤害程度。The structure and function of chloroplast in plant leaves can be affected by UV radiation environment stress,which results in the decrease of photosynthetic performance The photosystem Ⅱ (PSⅡin a plant is considered as the primary site where light-induced delayed fluorescence(DF) is produced. With the lamina of soybean (Cdyclnernax Kefeng No. 1) as testing models,we have studied the effects of UV-B radiation on the characteristics of DF by using a homemade portable DF detection system. The results show that the changes in DF intensity of green plant can truly reflect the changes in photosynthetic capacity and chlorophyll content. Therefore, DF may provide an important means to evaluate the stress on plants caused by UV radiation. The changes in DF intensity may provide a new approach to detect UV radiation and its impact on the ecosystem. DF technique could be potential useful for real-time monitoring the UV radiation and consequent environment stress.
