摘　　要：目的了解武汉市医疗服务人员的常见病患病情况,为下一步的防治工作提供依据。方法采用分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取武汉市内六家医疗服务单位的工作人员,共调查821名医务人员及968名云鹤小区的常住居民(对照人群)的基本情况和常见疾病患病情况。结果医务人员前五种常见疾病分别是颈椎病(25.93%)、高血脂(19.98%)、高血压(14.02%)、脂肪肝(12.78%)、腰肌劳损(11.91%),且前四种常见疾病患病率随年龄增加有明显上升趋势(P<0.05);以对照人群为标化组,经卡方检验,男性医务人员前四种常见疾病和女性医务人员前两种常见疾病标化患病率均高于对照人群(P<0.05)。结论医务人员的健康现状不容乐观,颈椎病等职业性疾病、心血管等疾病的患病率普遍高于普通居民,应据实情制定相应的预防保健措施,增强其身心健康。Objective To investigate the commonly encountered diseases of medical staff, serving in general hospital of Wuhancity, in order to provide scientific basis for the strategy of disease protection and cure. Methods Adopts stratify and cluster method （SPSS）, sampling survey on the health status of 821 medical staffs serving in 6 hospitals and 968 residents of Yunhe community in Wuhan. Results The top five commonly encountered diseases state of medical staffs serving in hospital respectively are cervical spondylopathy （ 25.93% ）, hyperlipoidemia （ 19.98% ）, hyperten-ion （14.02%）, fatty liver （12.78%） and strain of lumbar muscles strain （11.91% ）. Besides, the morbidity rate of the preceding four diseases shows an obviously ascending trend with the ages （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; As the standard control group, by Chi - square test, the standardizing morbidity rates of the preceding four diseases of male and the preceding two diseases of female were higher than the control group（ P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion It is not optimistic health status of the medical staffs, the morbidity rates of occupational diseases and some cardiovascular diseases are higher than those of the residents. So the prevention and health care measures should be established that according to the actual condition to enhance their sound body and mind.
