浙江城市化的转型之路——从囚犯困境到合作博弈

摘　　要：从制度经济学的视角透视分析浙江城市化发展过程中的空间效率,指出:过度的“分权化”使浙江区域经济发展陷入了典型的“囚犯困境”,浙江的资源配置在获取微观层面效率的同时,丧失了宏观空间效率;要想转变经济增长方式,建设节约型社会,关键在于构建一个“合作博弈”的制度环境。Based on the analysis of space efficiency in the process of urbanization in Zhejiang province from viewpoints of institutional economics, this paper points out that the immoderate decentralization leads the regional economy to prisoners＇ dilemma. The allocation of resources in Zhejiang province obtains good results in microscopic aspects. Yet on macroscopic aspects, it is directly opposite. To shift the economic growth mode and build the conservaion-minded society the key is to construct the institutional environment for cooperative game.
