毛巾织机起毛机构的动力学分析与设计

摘　　要：详细介绍了HGA732T型系列毛巾剑杆织机中2种起毛机构的形式和运动原理,针对机构组成和功能,对2种机构的不同之处以及优缺点进行了比较;从起毛运动规律入手,对其运动参数和力学参数进行了详细的分析;结合实际试验情况,总结出影响毛巾织机性能的一些重要因素,为进一步优化机构提供依据,也为设计其他类型的起毛机构提供参考。This paper introduces the profile and movement principle of two terry mechanisms on HGA732T range terry rapier looms. The differences, advantages and drawbacks between two terry mechanisms are compared based on their mechanism constructions and functions. The movement parameters and dynamics parameter are discussed starting from the terry mechanism design and the law of motion. In combination of practical experiments, some key factors influencing the performance of towel loom are presented, thus providing a basis for further optimizing the mechanism as well as a reference for designing other terry mechanisms.
